Uniflex™ duplicating material
Reusable duplicating hydrogel for models and molds, helping labs speed up duplication while maintaining consistent detail.
Product details: Uniflex™ duplicating material
Uniflex™ is a premium, all‑purpose duplicating hydrocolloid. It is fully reversible and can be remelted and reused up to 20 times. The low melting temperature and short hold time make the material user‑friendly. It is perfect for producing refractory and stone models as well as molds for partial and full dentures. It can be used with all types of stones, ethyl silicate investments and phosphate investments.

Uniflex and stable geometry duplication
As a duplicating material, Uniflex supports faithful model transfer in partial/full denture and framework workflows.
In day-to-day production, the key is repeatable duplication quality across consecutive cycles, especially in pouring-resin techniques.
Technical Q&A
- What has the biggest impact on transfer fidelity? Working temperature, gelation timing, and controlled regeneration between reuse cycles are the major factors.
- How can variation between duplicates be reduced? Use a standardized mold-preparation routine and consistent cooling sequence after each cycle.
